Dieses Landhaus befindet sich in einer Oase der Ruhe mit Blick auf den Trasimenosee. Es ist problemlos, sich dort eine ganze Woche zu entspannen. Sonnenterrasse und ein Swimmingpool ist vorhanden. Im Freien kann man grillieren und es sich gutgehen lassen. Die Küche bietet ausgezeichnetes Essen an, das alle Geschmacksknospen anspricht. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und äusserst zuvorkommend. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wir können es allerbestens empfehlen.

This is a beautiful place to stay, food is incredible especially the gnocchi. Very comfortable and clean to stay and the staff was super friendly! Good locks on doors and felt very safe. I Was worried because I got there super late and they were able to check me in.
Definitely staying here again next time I’m here.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a friends wedding. Beautiful location. Great grounds. Really nice swimming pool. Beatrice and the team are first class and could not be more helpful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Tips. WiFi is not good in the hotel or in the room, so get data roaming or switch off completely! Also book a larger room as you will appreciate the extra space if you are staying for a longer time. Breakfast is nice too! Very tranquil, relaxing with great views.

Unfortunately there is no restaurant at this hotel in 2022 which means a trip to the nearest town some 10km away although there are a few closer. The reception has also been moved to rear of Hotel where you enter passed the pictures of topless woman. At night the back is rather dark so pack a torch. To find details about pool towel hire (€5 each) and other amenities look at the TV screen in lounge as staff do not provide a great deal if information and no details in room. Breakfast is not quite as web site details and could do with an improvement on the poor quality of preserves and cold meat selection. Eggs are extra cost. It's a relaxing hotel in a very good location for views of the lake.

Fantastic place with well kept gardens. Swimming pool and jacuzzi available. Impeccable living room with chimney. Sleeping rooms spacious, confy bed and amazing views to Umbrian landscape. Best of all, Beatrice, Mery and Pappi make everything they can for you to feel welcomed. And succeed. Go there! Ask for a bedroom with views and ignore the little noises from the ageing house.

Location bellissima, pulita e curata. Ci ha colpito la gentilezza dello staff, dall’accoglienza ricevuta alla reception al servizio a tavola sia al ristorante dove abbiamo cenato la sera (ottimo cibo e abbondante) che a colazione. Le stanze sono pulite e la biancheria profumata, i letti comodi. Il parco è bellissimo, nella zona benessere ci sono a disposizione caffè, tisane e bottigliette d’acqua. Un grazie a speciale al giovanissimo Riccardo che è un bravissimo barman (ci ha fatto degli ottimi cocktail) e anche un gentilissimo cameriere, sorridente e attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Grazie mille a tutto lo staff, torneremo a trovarvi!

Un posto davvero bello, con atmosfera familiare e gentilezza da parte di tutti. Ottima la cucina, per cui non sbagliate a restare a cena. Poco altro da aggiungere, se non che ci torneremo appena possibile. Ah, dimenticavo… visto che il titolare è un signore che ha fatto la storia in Formula 1, sappiate che l’atmosfera dei motori è decisamente percepibile. Non dico altro, andate e scopritelo.
